No... no.... Don't take me! Snowspirit, leave! I'll live through this if you just give me the chance! Claws were unsheathing; the apprentice was being summoned to StarClan. I'm not leaving my Clan! Cats have survived through being hit by a monster, so why can't I? You have to let me stay. You just have to! Her wails were being drowned out by the sound of an approaching monster- in her dream. Her breathing was becoming labored; if she didn't wake up soon, she would die. Her claws blindly scratched the air, for she couldn't see. Nooooo...........
Cheetahpaw's eyes opened. She sighed, then she glanced around, ending at her own body. Cheetahpaw flicked her ears in annoyance; the trail of blood she had left would easily let anyone know that she was here. Just now she was barely strong enough to move. Her body was still coated with her blood, from where she had landed after the monster encounter and from the blood that had already been on her.

Great StarClan! Pantherclaw swore quietly to herself as she spotted the trail of blood on the rocky plateau. Cold and unforgiving, leaf-bare was approaching quicker than a monster on a highway - this was hardly the time for a cat to be out alone, especially one that was so gravely injured.
Pantherclaw's lope sped to an all-out sprint as she traced the trail of blood, which swerved next to her feet. She didn't know exactly how far Cheetahpaw had come, or the story behind what had happened - but, when she slowed upon seeing the figure of the nearly warrior-aged apprentice, she felt she didn't need a reason.
The shadowlands are what I know
So I'm hanging on to your every word
"Cheetahpaw! What on earth happened?" She asked in a frantic half-whisper, kneeling down and beginning to lick the older sloodstains from her fur. Cheetahpaw was only a couple moons younger than she was - they'd been apprenticed around the same time and everything. After an accident-and-survival like this, Cheetahpaw definately deserved to be made a warrior soon. Pantherclaw was surprised her fellow WindClanner was still alive.
"Are you alright? Actually, don't answer that...thank the spirits you alive, though!" Pantherclaw replied. She probably wasn't exactly Cheetahpaw's choice company, at the moment - but the young warrior couldn't see a fellow warrior, let alone WindClan cat in such a condition and not try to help.

The sound of a cat coming toward her soothed her for some reason; the scent of the cat being a WindClanner soothed her even more. Cheetahpaw! What on earth happened? A monster hit me. She murmured in reply. By the time that the deputy had arrived she had been able to talk better and perhaps walk a bit better. Are you alright? Actually, don't answer that...thank the spirits you alive, though! Cheetahpaw shrugged it off. I'm not as good as I was before. She meowed simply, starting to groom her fur with Pantherclaw. WIll you go get the medicine cat? Her words were as blank and expressionless as her mind; she was stunned and forgotten how bad her injuries were.

I was hit by a monster.
I'm not as good as I was before.

Pantherclaw's stunned look hadn't faded at all as she ceased her licking at once, sitting bolt upright. "Absolutely..." she responded to Cheetahpaw, nodding twice. "Stay here - don't move more than you absolutely need to. I'll be back," The deputy continued, looking backc toward the gravely wounded apprentice several times as she began to make her way back toward WindClan camp. She didn't have a whole lot of time - obviously, Cheetahpaw had been injured a long while ago, and the young warrior had no idea how extensive the damage truly was.
The rocky plateau beneath her seemed to fly by as she darted over it as fast as her feline legs would carry her, the ground gradually turning into a moorland as she neared the camp. She had to find Hazelthorn - and quick.

ooc: mind if i jump in?but im kinda confused she was hit by a truck....on a platue?
WolfStrike continued to walk,his cold icy eyes were filling with tears...he wanted kits, he wanted to be a mentor and have a mate but he oculd never have any of those things. He started to cry before he heard a distant moan. He stopped crying and looked up. Cheetahpaw! he ran to her. he scented another warrior and Wolfstrike was smart enough to figure that someone was here and was either getting help or were the one that did it but he figured it was help. Something about Cheetahpaw made his heart melt, his icy cold stare wasn't there as he feared for her life.
The wind started to pickup, Wolfstrike mumbled hold on, don't move as he layed alittle closer to her, trying to warm her up but also trying not to get to close to touch her. He wanted to ask her questions. Are you ok? what happened? Who was here? but he figured she needed to rest. He looked up Please StarClan don't take her! he never cared so much for a cat before.
